Circus inspired fitness was created to combine the joy and excitement of circus arts, dance, and community with the benefits of physical fitness. We aim to make workouts fun and engaging. This allows individuals to explore their creativity while improving strength, flexibility, and mobility. By incorporating elements like acrobatics, juggling, and aerial skills, this unique fitness approach is wonderful for participants of all ages to challenge themselves in a supportive and entertaining environment.

We begin with our Intro to Aerial Fitness Class where those just beginning their fitness journey can building strength and mobility low to the ground while also learning the fundamentals of each apparatus.
We then have our Level 1 classes. We want you to try all we have to offer in this class while continuing to build your strength. The apparatuses we use the most are fabrics(silks and hammock) and aerial hoop.

Once participants learn the fundamentals and reach most of the pre-requisites for the next level, they will have the ability to move to our 1b & 2 level class. In these classes we do separate by apparatus.
