Levels Offered
We offer a variety of levels in the 3 apparatuses we teach: hammock, silks, and lyra. This helps our students to focus on the skills they are working on. We keep class sizes small so each individual that comes in, gets the attention they deserve.

Level 1
New to aerial fitness or restarting an old journey
Level 1 for youth and adults teaches the basics of aerial while working on strength, terminology, and mobility. Aerial hoop, hammock, and silks are used in this class. This class is for beginners or those needing a brush up on their fundamentals.
Those that participate will be led through a ground warm-up to strengthen the neuromuscular connection in the body and prepare for aerial fitness. We then go through a series of conditioning movements to help strengthen the body. Once the body is warmed up we go through movements on our aerial apparatuses that are fun challenges ending in a pose.
We then transition to our cool down, working on flexibility before hand. This class is designed to help students decide on what aerial apparatus they would like to continue their training on.

Level 1’s do not participate in showcases as solos nor duets. They may have the option to join in on a group piece.
Level 1B
New to aerial fitness or restarting an old journey
1B classes are for those that have built up strength and terminology in aerial. Classes are split by fabric apparatuses and aerial hoop. Those that participate will continue to learn important foundations as well as sequences.
During the class time we work on flexibility before our cool down.
Level 1’s may have optional group pieces in recitals.
